Paul Sussman

 

Paul Sussman is an independent consultant to nonprofit organizations, small businesses and philanthropies. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC), a San Francisco community development corporation with an annual operating budget of $50 million and assets of over $750 million. Paul was the founding President of the Northern California Community Loan Fund, a pioneering social investment institution. He began his career as an affordable housing developer with several neighborhood-based San Francisco nonprofit organizations. Paul has served on a variety of nonprofit and foundation boards of directors and is currently on the board of the Community Music Center in San Francisco. He has a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of California at Berkeley, and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard.
